Its location was great, close enough to the restaurant, short journey into Orléans and shops. It also was in residential area❤

The location was perfect and marvellous - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, it was near major attractions including Point north of the Loire, which is 15 minutes walk away...

Everything was spot on.

The quadruple room was quiet, with exceptionally comfortable beds. It was convenient to have air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a work desk in the room. - the hotel's location was great, close to a short journey into Orléans, other restaurants, and sightseeing spots.

There was no air-conditioning in the rooms and so was extremely stuffy. Also there was no restaurant or bar open which made it difficult to get hot water for our babies bottle as no facilities were provided in the room

Quality of breakfast was not very high, most things were empty and upon asking, were refilled again after quite some time of waiting.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and it provided amenities like a meeting room, a 24-hour front desk, and express check-in. It was convenient and made my work trip smooth.

I missed having a business center facility at the hotel for some urgent printing needs.

The restaurant was not open on the night we stayed and it was difficult to find anywhere to eat in the surrounding area so we had to buy sandwiches at the local garage

I was pleasantly surprised with the accessibility of the hotel. The entrance had a ramp and there was an elevator that made it easy for me to move around. The general areas were well-maintained and had a charming atmosphere. I especially liked the cozy seating areas where I could relax and read a book.

I would have preferred if the hotel offered more senior-friendly activities or amenities. Perhaps a wellness center or organized day trips would have made the vacation even better for us seniors.

Very clean, staff polite and helpful and good value for money

Restaurant was closed Fri, Sat and Sun which meant that both nights we stayed we had to go out and find somewhere else to eat - there are only two viable options with a 2km radius.

The staff was exceptional and super-friendly all the time. The restaurant was exceptional, and the breakfast was very very good with regional products. Marvellous position was an added bonus. I had a comfortable stay at this great budget hotel. The rooms at this hotel are fully renovated and nicely decorated, with a chic and cozy visual style. I loved the emphasis on local agricultural products, which I bought and enjoyed. The breakfast was excellent, offering both local products and a wide range of non-allergenic alternatives like gluten-free and dairy-free options. The beds were also very comfortable. The car park was secure and spacious, and best of all, it was free.

Felt welcomed, nothing to complain about.

La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca de la playa y del corazón del centro de la ciudad. El desayuno ofrece varias opciones deliciosas y completas, superando a muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas. Además, el personal es muy amable, atento y empático, brindándonos una atención fantástica. La limpieza es impecable en todas las áreas, desde las habitaciones hasta el ascensor, haciendo que todo huela muy bien.
